Project Details: Petaluma Senior Housing
Petaluma Ecumenical Projects developed this new affordable senior housing project built on a site along the historic Petaluma River in Petaluma CA. This project is comprised of a Community Center for tenant use, 52 studios, and one-bedroom apartment units and a two bedroom manager’s unit. The buildings are reminiscent of the historic structures both along the Petaluma River and as seen in Petaluma's historic downtown area. The Community Center is situated on river frontage as to allow the tenants spectacular river side seating, dining, and socializing.
