Project Details: Olive Grove Family Housing

Rural Community Housing Development Corporation' Olive Grove Apartments is a new affordable family housing project built on the outskirts of Corning CA.  The project is bordered by a grove of  mature olive trees and Business 99.  This project is comprised of a Community Center for tenant use, 38 one-bedroom apartment units and a three bedroom manager’s unit. The buildings are arranged  around a courtyard.  The Community Center is situated central to the development and at the project entry in order to promote interaction of the tenants and in community building. Robert Hayes Architects was the Executive Architect for the project.
