Total Square Footage: 1,100 sq. ft.

This project was a new houseboat replacing an existing structure in the Gates Cooperative Houseboat Community. The Owner wanted a light filled home that had the open great room. The houseboat looks to the south and is filled with wonderfully reflected light throughout the upstairs.
