Total Square Footage: 3,200 sq. ft.
This project was a new barn facility on a new vineyard site on the outskirts of Sonoma California. The barn supports two functions. The front half houses the utilitarian functions of equipment repair and project space while the back half provides space for wine tasting and social gatherings. The social gathering spaces are oriented to the stunning sun sets while the utility side opens to the vineyard.
